ADHD Motivation Mastery is a guided course designed to help you understand how motivation really works for ADHD brains, and how you can build strategies that actually stick.

I've taken other courses on ADHD, but truly, this is the one I'd recommend.
It's targeted, specific, and VERY practical. The concept framework Jesse provides is simple and elegant, and you can easily relate each concept to your life.

One of my biggest challenges with ADHD is feeling validated in my struggles, that I'm NOT crazy I just have a spicy brain.
Jesse does an amazing job being informative and vulnerable, sharing real life examples and offering solutions but also validating the stressors that are associated with each ADHD challenge.
It just felt good to know "It's not just me!"

👋 Hey there, I'm Jesse J. Anderson.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, everything finally made sense. The job I quit because they started requiring timesheets (yes, really). The graveyard of so-close-but-not-quite-finished projects. The constant question I asked myself, “why is this so hard for me?”
Once I finally knew about my ADHD, I thought it would magically fix everything.
Spoiler: It didn't.
It was really just the beginning. I now understood why I was struggling to start tasks, stay focused, and finish things. But I didn't yet know what to do about it.
I needed to learn HOW to work with my brain. I needed to understand why I found it so difficult to start tasks, stay focused, and finish things. And what I could do to trick my brain into actually getting stuff done.
So I became obsessed. I dove deep into the research. I experimented a lot. I shared about my experience living with ADHD online and I connected with thousands of ADHDers through my newsletter and social media.
And patterns began to emerge.
I discovered that ADHD motivation isn't broken, it just works differently. When you have ADHD, you aren't motivated byimportance or rewards or consequences like most people. You're motivated by what I call the 4 Cs of Motivation:
Once I understood this, everything changed. I went from chronic procrastinator to published author. From serial project abandoner to someone who actually finished and ships the projects I create.
More importantly: I discovered these weren't just strategies for me. These strategies work for thousands of other ADHDers too.
That's when I knew I had to create ADHD Motivation Mastery.
Each module includes a series of short, focused videos (5–10 minutes each) designed to keep things clear, actionable, and easy to digest.
You'll get helpful templates, checklists, and reflection guides to apply what you learn and build your personalized motivation system.
Prefer to listen on the go? Every course lesson is available in audio-only format and comes with full transcripts so you can learn however works best for your brain.
In the final module, you'll create your own personal ADHD Motivation Playbook—a repeatable system and living cheat sheet you can use any time motivation gets hard to find.
